A Manhattan-based family of three, with a new home in White Plains, needs to hire an organized, and proactive Part-Time Family Assistant / House Manager to provide approximately 20 guaranteed hours of support per week. Responsibilities include: household coordination, personal assistance, and administrative support to ensure the family’s homes and day-to-day needs run smoothly, l e overseeing the family calendar, managing household projects and maintenance, coordinating staff, vendors, and repairs, handling deliveries and returns, scheduling household, personal, and medical appointments, organizing records, managing insurance matters and related paperwork, coordinating travel and assisting with other family logistics and special projects as they arise. Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be technologically proficient, highly organized, discreet, detail-oriented, and possess a valid driver’s license. Working in a home with pets is required. Access to reliable personal transportation is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will likely live between Upper Manhattan and Fairfield County, allowing for easy access to both residences. The schedule requires some flexibility and will typically include one full in-person day and two in-person half days during the week, along with approximately one to two additional hours of remote or flexible administrative support on the remaining weekdays, as needed. Most in-person work will take place at the family’s White Plains home, with travel into Manhattan based on the family’s needs. Flexibility will be appreciated for appointments, deliveries, household projects, travel, and other time-sensitive matters. This is a hybrid position combining remote administrative work with regular in-person visits to the family’s White Plains residence and periodic visits to their Manhattan apartment.  Salary range: $50–60/hr. for approximately 20 guaranteed hours per week.
